- We are a 501c3 non-profit charity in Austin, TX that brings a mobile herd of miniature horses into the community to bring laughter, smiles and a new friend to those that need it most - our elderly, the handicapped, special needs and at-risk youth and more. We also educate the public of the joys of the miniature horse.
